Our Policies at Serene Country Cabins
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins, in public areas, or around other cabins. All butts need to be disposed of properly. If you choose to smoke in the cabin you will be fined $250.00.
Check In/Out:
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is by 10 am. Early check in and late check out may be available, but call first.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. If cancellation occurs 14 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded the deposit minus the $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded 25%. If cancellation occurs 7 days or less, the deposit is the cancellation fee.
Maximum Occupancy:
Each cabin is designed to fit 4 comfortably. If you have children, please call for clarification on maximum occupancy.
Damage Fee:
Each cabin will be cleaned and inspected after each guest. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for any damage inside or outside the cabin to the credit card on file.
Children:
Children must be supervised at all times.
Dogs:
We have dog friendly cabins. There is an additional dog fee of $30 a night. Dogs need to be on a leash in public areas and supervised at all times. Please keep them away from the neighboring cabins. They are not permitted on the furniture. If your dog is insistent to be on the furniture, we ask that you use the extra towels and blankets that are provided for you. Dogs are NOT to be left alone at the cabins at any time unless they kennel without barking. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for any damage inside and outside the cabin due to your dog.
